We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at Actalent. As a key member of our engineering and sciences services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 8 technicians across 3 shifts to ensure seamless maintenance operations
  • Assist with equipment breakdowns and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
  • Develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance
  • Monitor and maintain spare part inventories to ensure timely replacements
  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track and analyze maintenance activities
  • Prepare and analyze reports to inform maintenance strategies and improve overall efficiency
  • Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or maintenance management
  • 10+ years of experience in maintenance leadership, management, or supervision
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as maintenance management principles
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and direct a team
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes
