We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer to join our team at Two95 International Inc. as a Project Manager for our Pipeline Projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, performing engineering assignments, and ensuring the scope and quality of work meet our company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare technical, bidding, and contractual documents for capital investment projects.
  • Establish project budgets and scope, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure the scope and quality of work achieve the intent of all Design Concepts and Company standards for capacity, performance, reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop technical information and concepts into feasible and effective engineering approaches.
  • Provide technical expertise on engineering and operational issues.
  • Supervise field and contract personnel to ensure timely completion of assignments, within budget, and adherence to standards.
  • Support the pre-qualification and selection of consulting and construction organizations for projects using negotiation or competitive selection processes.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated knowledge of engineering design theory and practice, project management, construction, and contract management, water resources, water/wastewater facilities, and utility operations.
  • Knowledge of current trends in water quality and treatment and other aspects of the regulated and non-regulated water industry.
  • General understanding of US regulations (commercial and environmental), legislation, and trends impacting the water industry.
  • Process, project, and program management skills.
  • Sound business acumen and judgment.
  • Fluency in report writing and presentations.
  • Effective people management (e.g., planning, organizing, controlling, and leading teams).
  • Interpersonal skills (e.g., persuasion, negotiation, listening, cooperation, tact, diplomacy, problem solving, internal consulting).
Experience/Education
  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience in water resources design, construction, and/or project management.
  • Engineering Bachelor's Degree.
  • Engineering Master's Degree preferred.
Certifications & Licenses
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) strongly preferred.
Work Environment
  • Primarily office with occasional local/overnight work in the field.
  • Up to 2 days work from home permitted per week.
Travel Requirements
  • Up to 20%.
