Position Overview:
We are looking for a Corporate Paralegal to assist with company formations and venture capital financing for private entities. This role will also support mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, IPOs, and various securities offerings.

The paralegal will aid both private and public company clients in managing aspects of stock incentive program administration, ensuring compliance with state and federal securities laws.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of two years of experience in securities and/or general corporate law.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal, written (grammar, spelling, format), and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels, demonstrating a team-oriented approach.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
