The Quality Care Coordinator is a critical position at ameriCARE Weatherford, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently met.

  • Quality Control and Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by caregivers, conducting regular visits and assessments to ensure adherence to company standards and client care plans.

  • Compliance and Record-Keeping: Ensure that all caregiving activities comply with state regulations and company policies, maintaining accurate records of compliance checks and corrective actions.
  • Client Communication and Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and their families, addressing any concerns or issues related to the quality of care.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in home care, healthcare, or a related field, with a focus on quality control and team management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide caregivers to deliver high-quality care. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high standards of care.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, families, and staff. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address issues and implement solutions quickly.
