- Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide ongoing training, education, and coaching to caregivers to enhance their skills and performance.
- Compliance and Record-Keeping: Ensure that all caregiving activities comply with state regulations and company policies, maintaining accurate records of compliance checks and corrective actions.
- Client Communication and Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and their families, addressing any concerns or issues related to the quality of care.
- Performance Evaluation and Improvement: Conduct performance evaluations for caregivers, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in home care, healthcare, or a related field, with a focus on quality control and team management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field is preferred.
