- Stay up-to-date on post-hospital care services and resources available to patients, including home health, infusion services, durable medical equipment, and more.
- Associates Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma degree
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Two years of medical/hospital nursing experience
