Position Summary

The Paid Search Supervisor, reporting directly to the Associate Director, is responsible for leading a team of Search Senior Associates and Associates across various brands. This role is crucial in ensuring that effective strategies are implemented. The Supervisor is tasked with enhancing the Search team's strategic capabilities, overseeing client-facing strategy discussions, and facilitating career development within the team. Your role will focus on refining the Search campaigns, strategies, and deliverables, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.

This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring in-office attendance three days a week. Specific details regarding accommodations will be discussed during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the quality of campaign builds, aligning recommendations with overall objectives.
  • Oversee pre-launch reviews and ensure compliant execution of uploads through ongoing training.
  • Evaluate and enhance optimization calendars and testing plans, ensuring effective implementation and communication of results.
  • Review client-facing materials, providing constructive feedback to maintain quality and depth.
  • Actively represent the Search team in client meetings, fostering trust and establishing yourself as a strategic expert in search.
  • Support team reporting initiatives, translating performance data into actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine strategies.
Qualifications

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in the search landscape (both paid and organic), with a solid understanding of consumer behavior in search and the advantages of a robust search presence for brands.

Expertise:
Proficient in campaign implementation, management, analysis, optimization, and automation within the digital marketing space.

Well-informed on industry trends, particularly in the healthcare sector, with the ability to assess their implications.

Familiarity with measurement tools and technology partners, evaluating innovative solutions for client testing.

Comprehensive knowledge of therapeutic areas and competitive landscapes relevant to client objectives.

Deep understanding of client business goals, connecting current search strategies with future opportunities.
