Physical Therapist for Inpatient Unit

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Sierra Medical Center's new inpatient unit. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in the rehabilitation process of our patients, helping them to regain their strength and mobility after injury or illness.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of conditions, including stroke, brain injury, amputation, and spinal cord and back injuries.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct assessments and reassessments as needed to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care and coordination.
- Current State Physical Therapy Licensure.
- Three (3) or more years of previous experience in all aspects of physical therapy, preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
