Physical Therapist for Inpatient Unit

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Sierra Medical Center. As an Inpatient Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment to patients in our acute rehabilitation unit.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer physical therapy treatments, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions, to help patients achieve their maximum level of function and independence.
- Conduct patient assessments and reassessments as needed to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
- Current State Physical Therapy Licensure.
- Three (3) or more years of previous experience in all aspects of physical therapy, preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
