Public Utility Relations Specialist

We are seeking a Public Utility Relations Specialist to join our team at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District. As a key member of our Customer Relations department, you will be responsible for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. About the Role- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and community groups.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure effective issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
$20.39 - $24.47 per hour
