We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at Castle Pines Family Practice and Sports Medicine. As a key member of our medical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, and prescribing medications as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and medical histories.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and specialists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and industry standards, and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellent patient care.
- Graduation from an accredited program of nurse practitioner studies or physician assistant studies and licensure through the State of Colorado.
- Board Certification for specialty.
- Strong computer skills, with experience in electronic medical records (EMRs) preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in primary care practice.
- Competitive salary range: $105,000 - $135,000 per year.
