Job Title: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

OnPoint Medical Group is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at Castle Pines Family Practice and Sports Medicine. As a member of our network, you will be part of a physician-led team dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare to our patients.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary and urgent care services to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family medicine and sports medicine, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including routine check-ups, sick visits, and urgent care services.
  • Conduct thorough medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and ordering laboratory tests.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in family medicine and sports medicine.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse practitioner studies or physician assistant studies.
  • Board Certification in a relevant specialty.
  • Strong computer skills, with experience in electronic medical records (EMRs) preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in primary care practice.
