- Administrative Duties: Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining patient records, ordering medical supplies, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and specialists, to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and industry standards to provide the best possible care for patients.
- Education and Licensure: Graduation from an accredited program of nurse practitioner studies or physician assistant studies and licensed through the State of Colorado.
- Board Certification: Board Certification for specialty.
- Computer Skills: Strong computer skills required. Athena EMR experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support: Basic Life Support card.
- Experience: 2 years' experience in primary care practice required.
