Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to advance the company's objectives and promote revenue, profitability, and growth.
  • Business Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including research and development of new business opportunities, marketing and proposal preparation.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the management team, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and vision.
  • Contract Management: Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, including FAR, DFAR, and other agency regulations.
  • Marketing and Business Development: Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to grow and sustain customer relationships.
  • Financial Management: Review financial statements, reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in contracting at the executive level, with a proven track record of driving business growth and development.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ANC Experience: Previous experience working for an Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) is highly desirable.
  • US Government Clearances: Ability to obtain and maintain US Government clearances for company and contracts.
  • Alaska Native Cultures: Knowledge and experience of Alaska Native cultures is highly valued.
