The Car Sales Finance Manager is responsible for leading the retail business, including sales, finance, and sales team management. This role involves assisting in the management of all other store processes as needed and supporting omni-channel sales. Key responsibilities include meeting and exceeding sales targets, managing and leading the sales team, driving strong CRM metric accountability, achieving KPI targets, and supporting digital retailing initiatives, including Rent2Buy.
