Travel Nurse RN Case Manager

Job Description:
Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN case management professional to join their team. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and healthcare professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care and case management services
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
Current RN licensure and case management certification
Experience in travel nursing and case management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
