Team Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Sacramento Extra store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction and financial performance goals are met.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in retail operations or equivalent work experience, with a strong understanding of computer operations, marketing, finance, and human resources. A minimum of an Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Retail Management Certificate is required.
A successful Store Manager will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and train associates to perform effectively and productively. Strong communication and leadership skills are also essential.
In this role, you will oversee the planning and organizing of work, ensure accurate budget projections, and maintain proper inventory stocking levels. You will also supervise merchandise presentation and implement promotional activities, while ensuring associate and customer safety is always maintained.
The salary for this position is approximately $82,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
