About the Position

The UC Davis Health System is seeking an exceptional Gastroenterology APP Team Supervisor to join our esteemed Division of Gastroenterology. As a seasoned clinician and leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of the APP team, ensuring seamless coordination of services and promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.

With your extensive knowledge and expertise in gastroenterology and hepatology, you will provide expert clinical guidance to patients and their families, working closely with the team to develop and implement evidence-based care plans that ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Your exceptional communication and leadership skills will enable you to effectively manage the APP team, foster a positive work environment, and promote a culture of excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the APP team, ensuring seamless coordination of services and promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Provide expert clinical guidance to patients and their families in gastroenterology and hepatology disorders.
  • Serve as a resource person for healthcare professionals, residents, and ancillary staff.

Requirements:

  • Two years of NP or PA experience.
  • Two years of Gastroenterology APP experience.
  • Supervisor or leadership experience.
  • AGACNP National Nurse Practitioner Certification or National certification as a Physician Assistant.

Salary: $129,000 - $294,000 per year.
