Medication Aide

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Resident Assistant Medication Aide to join our team at The Good Samaritan Society. As a Resident Assistant Medication Aide, you will provide high-quality care and services to our residents, including medication administration, healthcare services, and activities of daily living assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications to residents as prescribed by physicians
- Assist residents with self-administration of medications
- Provide healthcare services, including vital sign monitoring and reporting changes in resident health status
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks to residents
- Clean and maintain resident rooms and bathrooms, as well as public areas
- Participate in community involvement and work with volunteers
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Completion of medication administration training program and competencies per state guidelines
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
