About the Role

Cochlear Americas is seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Audiologist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will provide advanced technical support to customers and medical professionals, ensuring seamless delivery of our hearing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical guidance and support to customers and medical professionals via phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Develop and deliver product training and troubleshooting solutions to ensure optimal performance of our hearing devices.
  • Utilize remote desktop applications to access customer systems and provide remote assistance with challenging fittings and troubleshooting.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with leadership and key stakeholders to identify product training needs and deficiencies.
  • Participate in UAT testing activities to review and validate functionality, identify inaccuracies, and bugs.
Requirements
  • MS, Au.D, or PhD in Audiology
  • Current state-issued Audiology license
  • 3-5 years of recent clinical or industry experience with implantable hearing devices
  • Ability to interact professionally with customers for extended periods via telephone
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic clinical support environment
What We Offer

Cochlear Americas offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience, as well as an annual bonus opportunity of 7.5% of base salary.
