MOT Engineer

Kiewit Infrastructure Engineers is seeking a dynamic MOT (Maintenance Of Traffic) Engineer to join our growing Design Engineering Services Group. As a key member of our MOT Department, you will work closely with structural, geotechnical, traffic, civil, drainage, roadway, rail, and materials disciplines to deliver innovative infrastructure projects.

• Develop technical and administrative skills in project execution, including design calculations, plan production, construction planning, and cost estimation.
• Learn and apply skills for creating surface models using OpenRoads Designer, InRoads, Civil 3D, and other similar design software.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for clients and project management.
• Obtain, analyze, and circulate technical and contractual information to project disciplines.

• Bachelor's degree or greater in Civil Engineering.
• Passed Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam or eligibility to take it.
• History of relevant class projects, internships, and/or coursework during college.
• Familiarity with design-build delivery is preferred.
• Basic CAD skills in Bentley Microstation/InRoads and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
