Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to members and guests at the Service Desk.
  • Assist with reservations, program registration, and account billing inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our facilities, programs, and services.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with members and guests.
  • Perform point-of-sale procedures and maintain a secure cash drawer.
  • Communicate member concerns and feedback to management.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • First Aid/CPR training (or willingness to obtain).
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
