Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Crew Member to join our team at TGI Friday's. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our restaurants, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow Friday's cleaning standards and procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Ensure all trash and recyclables are disposed of properly and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen and cooking equipment, as well as dust and clean windows, counters, tables, and woodwork.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms, perimeter of the building, and parking lot.
  • Work collaboratively with the cleaning team to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Follow proper food and health safety procedures and protocols.
  • Perform duties as directed by management and take initiative to improve existing systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in cleaning and sanitation is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 70 lbs, and stand for long periods.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
