Video Production and Graphic Design Assistant

The Production & Graphics Assistant will play a key role in executing all aspects of the Lookouts marketing and entertainment plan, focusing on video production, graphic design, and production operations. This position will assist with all aspects of game day and non-game day productions, including editing and producing various game entertainment features, such as stop motion graphics, player videos, and highlight packages. The successful candidate will also lead production staff, assist in hiring and scheduling game-day production staff, and serve as the Lookouts technical director, managing in-game graphics and video library. Additionally, this role will involve logging and maintaining video libraries, assisting with shooting video and photos, and providing support on video production location shoots. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, interpersonal, and customer service skills, as well as the ability to communicate clearly and resolve guest conflicts. Proficiency in the Adobe suite of products, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, is required.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with executing all aspects of the Lookouts marketing and entertainment plan
* Assist with all aspects of game day and non-game day productions
* Edit and produce various game entertainment features
* Lead production staff and assist in hiring and scheduling game-day production staff
* Serve as the Lookouts technical director and manage in-game graphics and video library
* Log and maintain video libraries of game highlights, video projects, interviews, headshots, animations, etc.
* Assist with shooting video, photos, and video/photo editing
* Provide support on video production location shoots
* Assist in the creation of graphics, focusing on videoboard and in-game graphics
* Be able to handle a fast-paced work environment
* Assist with the day-to-day operations in the ballpark
* Assist with coordination of mascot appearances
* Pull tarp and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
* Self-motivator who thrives in a fast-paced team environment
* Good analytical, interpersonal, and customer service skills
* Ability to communicate clearly and resolve guest conflicts
* Goal-oriented and quick learner
* Proficient in the Adobe suite of products, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
* Able to lift up to 50 pounds
