Job Summary

\

We are seeking a qualified Field Inspector with experience in water damage restoration principles and practices, a strong work ethic, and a passion for customer service.

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in converting job leads to sold jobs, assessing property damage, documenting through pictures and notes, and communicating effectively with customers.

\

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, great communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • \
  • Assist in scheduling inspections, assessing damage, and effectively communicating with potential customers.\
  • Document property damage through pictures and notes, and upload to job file software.\
  • Utilize industry tools to accurately assess damage and mitigation services needed.\
  • Determine the sequence of steps to be taken when delivering company services at customer properties.\
  • Follow up with customers in a timely and effective manner to secure sales.\
  • Establish relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential customers.\
  • Send daily sales reports to management.\
  • Attend sales meetings.\
  • Continuously grow industry knowledge.\
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained company vehicle.\
  • Present a professional image at all times.\

Requirements

  • \
  • A minimum of 1 year of inspection experience (preferably in the restoration industry).\
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience (preferably in the insurance/restoration industry).\
  • Clean and well-kept appearance.\
  • High attention to detail.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • IICRC certification is an asset.\

Compensation and Benefits

  • An estimated annual salary of $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.\
  • Company vehicle, phone, iPad, and instruments provided.\
  • Insurance, 401k, and paid vacation after a probationary period.\

Schedule

\
  • \
  • Monday to Friday work schedule.\
  • Weekends and holidays required.\
  • Overtime may be necessary.\
  • On-call duties may be assigned.\
