Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support and Training Associate to join our team at Lutech Veterinary Industries, Inc. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and training to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide high-level support to customers before, during, and after the sale by offering presales information and support activities, processing orders, and providing training virtually as needed.
  • Pre and Post-Demo Follow-up: Assist in pre and post-demo follow-up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Order Processing: Process orders and provide confirmation, tracking, and invoices to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Case Management: Create and follow up on Cases, RMA's, and Loaners to resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Sales Support: Assist Sales in processing new leads and updating information in CRM as needed to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting: Create Sales and marketing reports when required to provide valuable insights and data-driven decision-making.
  • Trade Show Planning: Assist with Trade Show planning to ensure a successful and engaging experience for customers and stakeholders.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare customer documents as needed to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Product Knowledge: Keep up-to-date on Lutech Industry products and accessories to provide expert support and guidance to customers.
  • Customer Training: Conduct customer training virtually on product use to ensure customers are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to get the most out of our products.
  • Communication: Provide customer support by answering calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; Spanish a plus but not required.
  • Software Proficiency: MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook); ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP); CRM Software (HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Order Fulfillment: Experience with order fulfillment and processing.
  • Sales Cycle: Understanding of the sales cycle and ability to support sales teams.

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to pay attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all aspects of the job.
