We are seeking a highly skilled IT Help Desk Technician to join our team at ICS Managed IT Services. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our clients with their technical needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients with network and system issues
- Install and configure hardware and software solutions
- Collaborate with our sales and field operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
- 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of networks, systems, and software applications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Preferred certifications: A+, Net+, Microsoft, AWS
