About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Center Medical Specialist to join our team at Grifols, a global healthcare company dedicated to improving the lives of millions of people worldwide.

As a Center Medical Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our donors by performing physical examinations, establishing medical histories, and providing education on general health and wellness.

You will also be responsible for building rapport with donors, ensuring confidentiality, and providing counseling on unacceptable test results.

Additionally, you will assist in employee training, administer the employee Hepatitis Vaccine program, and evaluate and manage donor injuries and adverse events.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be educated and currently certified/licensed in the state of employment and according to state requirements as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocation Nurse, Paramedic, or EMT.

Current CPR certification is also required.
