We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Accounts Service Coordinator to join our National Accounts team at American Equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and helping us grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Field all service-related phone calls and schedule technicians to complete required service work, tasks, and preventative maintenance contracts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide daily updates to customers on all open service requests in a friendly and pleasant manner.
  • Notify customers in advance to maintain our service schedules.
  • Document all service performed and any service-related notes on all jobs daily to ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Pull and post parts to jobs daily to maintain accurate inventory.
  • Monitor service partner parts kits to ensure they have needed parts on hand during service calls.
  • Communicate effectively with the National Accounts team to ensure all aspects of service and customer needs are met.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven initiative and a positive attitude.
  • Organized and able to multitask.
  • Able to work overtime as necessary.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in basic computers and software skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Effective multitasking.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Service-related background.
Compensation and Benefits:

This is a full-time position with typical work hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. The estimated annual salary for this role is $44,800 - $49,600 per year ($22/hr - $24/hr). We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including three Medical Plan offerings through Cigna, FSA & HSA options for healthcare, Critical Illness, Accidental, and Hospital Indemnity Plans, Dental and Vision benefits, STD & LTD insurance, Basic & Voluntary Life AD&D insurance, a 4% Matching 401K plan, and 80 hours of PTO annually.
