Air Force One Service Coordinator Role:
A critical position that ensures seamless communication between clients and Air Force One. This role prioritizes accurate and timely delivery of client services, scheduling technicians, and maintaining exceptional rapport with internal and external clients.

Key Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in dispatching or service coordination is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer software and systems.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Respond to client inquiries in a professional manner.
• Enter service calls into the SamPro database.
• Maintain client information and coordinate call scheduling.
• Set up and manage electronic filing systems.
• Operate office equipment and maintain calendars.
• Monitor and review service calls and PM activity.
• Issue purchase orders and organize technician parts.

Desired Software Skills:
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Microsoft Access and Teams.
• Accounting software (QuickBooks, Peachtree, Great Plains).
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Dispatching software.
