Job Title: EMS Adjunct Instructor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EMS Adjunct Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs to students, ensuring they meet the necessary standards and requirements for a successful career in emergency medical services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging educational programs to students, focusing on practical skills and theoretical knowledge.
  • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in emergency medical services, incorporating this knowledge into your teaching practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a field/clinical setting as an EMT or Paramedic.
  • Experience as an adjunct instructor is preferred.
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Completion of an approved Instructor course preferred, specifics as required by local governing authority.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • NREMT certification.
  • AHA BLS Instructor certification.
  • AHA ACLS Instructor certification.
  • PHTLS or ITLS Instructor certification.
