Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, providing patient-centered care to individuals of all ages. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice clinician, or physician to deliver evidence-based care and promote a culture of innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect data on patients' physical condition and nursing needs, and assist with implementing the plan of care.
  • Collaborate with the interprofessional team to provide high-quality care and achieve clinical outcomes.
  • Perform delegated tasks using evidence-based practice and specific competencies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve patient care, streamline processes, and reduce costs.
  • Contribute to a professional environment that encourages mentoring, engagement, and development.
Qualifications
  • Current Wisconsin LPN licensure.
  • American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Work Environment

The LPN will work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. The position requires the ability to move freely, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a setting with frequent exposure to sharp objects and instruments.
