**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Youth Mental Health Program Supervisor to join our team at Comunilife Inc Life is Precious Program. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our program site in Poughkeepsie, New York.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and supervise case managers and creative art therapists to ensure high-quality clinical services.
  • Provide support to program staff and ensure smooth operation of daily activities.
  • Ensure that all progress notes are accurately documented in the AWARDS data system.
  • Coordinate participant intakes and family engagements to provide comprehensive mental health services.
  • Triage referrals and patient assignments to staff to ensure timely interventions.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work or Psychology.
  • Three to five years of clinical supervisory and administrative experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Cultural Competency proficiency and ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish language skills are a plus.

**Salary and Benefits:**

This position comes with a competitive salary of $70,000 per year and a generous benefits package.
