Mental Health Therapist for At-Risk Youth

The School Based Therapist role is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of at-risk youth. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with school staff and community partners to provide comprehensive mental health services.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to assigned clients;
  • Conduct intake assessments, evaluations, and crisis interventions as needed;
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress;
  • Collaborate with clinical managers and other team members to develop and implement treatment plans;
  • Attend regular staff meetings and supervision sessions;
  • Ensure confidentiality of client records and maintain professional boundaries;

**Requirements:**

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field;
  • LGSW/LGPC certification required;
  • 1-3 years of experience in mental health;
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills;

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience and education level. Additional benefits include:
