About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Exyte Group.
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by providing technical support and coordination. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in project management and develop your skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create professional presentations using PowerPoint to communicate project updates and information.
- Collect, organize, and validate project data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage spreadsheets to track project progress and financials, including detailed work packages.
- Coordinate communication and follow up with key personnel to advance processes and business objectives.
- Update and maintain business-related trackers and expedite scheduling for internal and external reports.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, and manage calendar invites.
- Administer department action items as required and act as a liaison/coordinator between various stakeholders.
- Create detailed Excel workbooks for each project work package, including cost estimates, budgets, client funding authorizations, subcontracts, and invoices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills required.
- Data analysis experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational abilities, including the capability to handle multiple deliverables simultaneously.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse team members and stakeholders.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
