We are a successful Unimog general representative of Daimler Truck AG and service partner for municipal and commercial vehicle technology, providing our customers with services such as purchasing, renting, and maintenance and spare parts.

As a key member of our team at Cascade Ventures, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management program.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using ORSwindows

• Prepare and submit monthly reports to stakeholders

• Install software updates and price lists to ensure data accuracy

• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies

• Manage time tracking and attendance records using Softclock

• Create and update employee profiles, including absences and performance-based pay tracking

• Print and distribute trial work cards for supervisor review

• Process and send service invoices to customers

• Coordinate warranty claims with Daimler Truck AG and verify credits

• Match delivery notes with invoices from parts suppliers

• Develop and maintain customer and vehicle profiles

• Schedule and manage TÜV appointments

• Maintain and update master data records

• Provide exceptional customer service and support via the telephone switchboard

Requirements:

• Commercial training or experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
