Our physicians adhere to or exceed customary practice standards within the community, maintaining qualifications and experience in their specialty while upholding the ethical standards set forth by the American Medical Association and relevant accrediting bodies.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Completion of a residency or fellowship relevant to the specialty.
  • Possession of an unrestricted Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration.
  • Board certification or eligibility in the appropriate specialty by an acceptable board.
  • Medical Staff Privileges at the sponsoring institution within the health system.
  • Doctorate degree (MD or DO) required.
  • Current and unrestricted medical license to practice in the applicable state.

Physical Requirements: Medium Work - Ability to exert up to 50 lbs of force occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly.
