Job Summary

The Construction Coordinator role is a critical position within our Fiber Design and Construction Organization, providing administrative support and reporting functions to ensure the team's efficiency and organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile, analyze, and verify cyclical/statistical data/orders/information by developing, formatting, and generating specialized reports, files, and spreadsheets.
  • Enter, track, and ensure accuracy of data, coordinating with other departments to accomplish tasks and identify trends/patterns.
  • Assist the Construction Manager with timekeeping, attendance, and technician PTO management.
  • Support the Engineering Manager with project assignments, tracking, and closure criteria.
  • Project manage permit management, permit closures, document upload, task management, and other project closure duties.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative role required.
  • Familiarity with Engineering accounting guidelines and various Ziply Construction and Accounting software systems preferred.
