Business Development Manager for Retail Partnerships

PerfectVision is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to spearhead retail partnerships, driving growth and expansion in the market. This individual will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with key retail partners, ensuring alignment with PerfectVision's strategic objectives.
About the Role
This role requires a strong understanding of the retail industry, as well as exceptional communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining successful business relationships, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities and mitigating risks. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of PerfectVision's retail partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new retail partnership opportunities
* Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential retail partners, fostering trust and credibility
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of retail partnerships into PerfectVision's overall business strategy
* Conduct market research and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with retail partnerships
Requirements
**Education**
High school graduate or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
**Experience**
2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field; partner acquisition experience a plus
**Skills**
Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to build and maintain relationships; analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce a plus
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
