Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the highest standards of personal conduct on and off the job, ensuring a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Sell additional services by taking advantage of cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain productivity at or above the published minimum standard, adhering to all general Sales Policies.
  • Respond to customer issues with urgency and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Attend all technical training meetings as required.
  • Build trusting and lasting relationships with customers by always doing what is right.
  • Operate a Company vehicle safely, adhering to both the Safer Home Services Responsible Driving Policy and the Safer Home Services Distracted Driving Policy.
Requirements
  • Tech-savvy and a strong desire to do what is right.
  • Clean appearance and a clean-shaven appearance (if applicable).
  • Able to pass a background check and drug test (Cannabis is acceptable).
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • 1-2 years of relevant sales experience preferred.
  • Pest control experience is a bonus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
