Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a key role in executing comprehensive social media strategies to elevate our online presence, foster meaningful engagement with our community, and bolster our reputation as a leading healthcare provider.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts, including creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and clinical stakeholders, to develop integrated marketing plans and timelines.
  • Conduct social media listening and monitoring to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer sentiment.
  • Develop and maintain social media content calendars, including creating and scheduling posts, tweets, and other social media content.
  • Monitor and report on social media metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and content performance.
  • Provide social media training and support to clinical stakeholders and other teams as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to adapt content to diverse audiences and platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing tools, including Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
  • Experience with social media advertising, including paid social and influencer marketing.
