Salary Range

About the Role

We seek a skilled Curriculum Content Developer who can work closely with our Lead Content Strategist to create innovative, research-based education products that cater to specific client needs. As a key member of our team, you will lead the design and development process, guiding the creation of market-leading educational materials that engage students of all ages.

This role involves not only developing high-quality content but also serving as a project manager. You will oversee daily project functions, delegate tasks to team members, and provide guidance and coaching to ensure the success of your team.

  • With at least 3 years of experience in creating educational content for K-12 students, you possess a deep understanding of grade-appropriate subject matter and pedagogy.
  • You have a proven track record of teaching and leading teams, overseeing curriculum design, and reviewing content for standards alignment, clarity, and cohesion.
  • Your expertise extends to both digital and print development projects, and you are well-versed in relevant research and college- and career-ready standards.
  • You are committed to delivering high-quality work while adhering to client requirements and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with publishing tools, including content templates, InCopy, and assessment platforms, is essential for success in this role.
