Job Title: Marketing Manager

Join Tim Lewis Communities Inc as a Marketing Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive traffic and improve sales in our communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the department director to create and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
  • Manage projects and deadlines with vendors and internal marketing teams to ensure all necessary sales tools are in place.
  • Act as a liaison to internal teams and external vendors to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and manage marketing analytics for ROI and adjust campaigns accordingly to maximize visitors to community sales centers.
  • Manage brand standards for community marketing plans, budgets, deliverables, and tactics.
  • Coordinate and manage vendor activity to ensure all needed items are available for internal events, including new community set-ups, sales office set-ups, maintenance, and signage.
  • Ensure all community signage is up to date and maintained.
  • Manage, coordinate, and attend external special events, community activities, and on-site events.
  • Responsible for website management, including managing social media direction and campaigns, website maintenance, new community set-ups with renderings and virtual design production, community brochures, price sheet set-ups/maintenance, lead generation collection and distribution.
  • Manage engagement with communications/public relations department and ensure all communications are aligned with brand and corporate standards.
  • Evaluate new technologies and opportunities to improve the homebuying process from the customer's perspective.
  • Be an advocate for the consumer.
  • Enforce strict adherence to brand standards, guidelines, and disclosures across all internal and external partners.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and feedback to marketing professionals, fostering local team engagement.
  • Collaborate on public relations efforts to further the brand reputation and drive traffic to communities and website.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; AA in related Marketing field required minimum.
  • Plus 3-5 years of directly related experience, preferably in the homebuilding industry.
  • Valid Driver's License, insurance, and reliable vehicle required: frequent trips to sales offices to deliver and/or support sales staff.
  • Must have strong ability in attention to detail and organization.
  • Graphic Design experience required.
  • Intermediate to advance ability with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook 365), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Proficient knowledge with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
  • Experience with homebuilder and master-planned community marketing preferred.
  • Ability to mentor individuals and team.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has supervisory responsibilities; will manage, mentor, and coach.

  • Physical Demands:
    • Occasionally required to walk, stand, reach with hands and arms, stoop, or stoop and knell; frequently required to use hands, talk, hear, and sit.
    • Occasionally required to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Work Environment:
    • The work environment is a normal office with low to moderate noise.
