About the Role

Friedman Vartolo LLP is a dynamic real estate law firm seeking an experienced Foreclosure Paralegal to join our growing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing foreclosure actions from referral through conclusion, ensuring timely and efficient processing of documents, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage foreclosure actions from referral through conclusion, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Order title reports, draft documents, and coordinate auctions, meeting tight deadlines and providing timely updates to clients.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless processing of foreclosure actions, maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of related Maryland foreclosure experience.
  • Broad knowledge of real estate default services, including foreclosure laws and regulations.
  • Superior organizational skills, research, and writing abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently, managing a heavy workload and meeting deadlines.
  • Confident and comfortable communicating with clients and colleagues via phone and email.
