Client Services Associate

The Registered Client Services Associate is an evolving professional role that combines specialized knowledge with a comprehensive understanding of industry standards and practices. This position requires a solid grasp of how the team and area collaborate with others to achieve the objectives of the job family.
Utilizing analytical thinking and familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies, the associate will systematically break down information and communicate it effectively. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are essential for exchanging potentially complex or sensitive information. The role has a moderate but direct impact through close interaction with the core activities of the business. The quality and timeliness of the services provided will influence the effectiveness of both the individual and closely related teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide wealth management services to clients, collaborating closely with the Banker teams.
- Evaluate risks in business decisions, prioritizing the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Adhere to company policies, applying sound ethical judgment in personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, while managing and reporting control issues transparently.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in problem-solving and data analysis with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in client-facing roles, with a strong background and interest in operations and compliance; previous sales referral experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of investment, banking, and credit products.
- Licenses: Series 7/63 or 7/66 or willingness to obtain.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
