Job Summary:

Tradesmen International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Subcontract Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a Subcontract Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for negotiating and administering subcontractor agreements for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and administer subcontractor agreements for various projects
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of subcontractor activities
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations and contract law principles
  • Develop and implement effective subcontractor management strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations and contract law principles
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
