About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer. You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and serving cocktails with precision and attention to detail
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience
  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum two (2) years of serving or bartending experience in a high-end casual or fine dining environment
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification
