Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Lefty's Brick Bar. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional drinks, providing top-notch customer service, and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including drinks, food, and promotions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, incorporating new ideas and techniques into our service.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-quality full-service or fast-casual environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of mixology, including drink preparation, presentation, and pairing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with colleagues and guests.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and non-verbal.
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand for long periods.
