Nuvance Health is seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician II PDP to join our team. As a Patient Care Technician II PDP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support services in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
  • Assist with patient transfers and transports.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.
  • Minimum of three months of experience as a Patient Care Technician or currently enrolled in a nursing program.
