- Personal Qualities: Highly motivated and target driven, excellent solution selling skills, top-level communication and negotiation skills, time management and organizational skills, ability to be a self-starter and work with minimal direct supervision.
- Education: BS/BA degree a plus, prior roofing experience/roofing sales a plus.
