  • Participating in and delivering presentations at public meetings organized by Soil and Water Conservation Districts.
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with district officials concerning the status of dams within their jurisdiction.
  • Conducting thorough site assessments, inspections, and preparing detailed reports related to watershed dams.
  • Assisting in the organization and documentation of maintenance records for dam structures.
  • Supporting Project Managers in the oversight of construction and maintenance initiatives.
  • Facilitating effective communication with regulatory agencies and landowners.
  • Managing financial documents, including invoices and contracts.
  • Collaborating with state agencies to achieve the objectives of the Watershed Dam Program.
  • Requirements: A valid driver's license in Georgia and successful completion of a background check.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. A candidate with an Associate's degree or two years of relevant experience is preferred. Certain positions may require specific licenses and certifications. Become a vital part of an impactful environmental initiative.
